Returns Policy
T shirts & Jerseys
We hand print your T shirts and jerseys in-house! This allows us to offer more designs and size/colour variations without holding stock. It also reduces our impact on the environment by cutting down on waste, which we are all about here at Shredz.
That being said, we will accept returns but we ask that the buyer pay for their own return postage and a re-stocking fee of £10 to cover the cost of our losses (materials, labour).
Trousers
Trousers are an in-stock item which we pre-order in batches and so if you would like to return your item (for example to exchange it for a different size or for a refund) you are welcome to do so providing it is unworn and in its original condition. We only ask that you pay return postage on trousers.
Embroidered items
Embroidered items like gilets and hoodies are individually produced for the customer and incur extra costs for us so to be able to cover those costs in the event of a return we ask customers to pay return postage and a £10 restocking fee.
Sale Items
Returns on sale items are offered at our discretion.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damaging an item in order to return it will result in your return being rejected and no refunds or exchanges given. You have been warned. Communication is key so don't be a dick, send us a message 📱
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
T's & C's
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
